Personal & Commercial Use
You are empowered to utilize ByBlocks for creating unlimited End Products for both your clients and your personal ventures. Within the ByBlocks Library, an End Product refers to a customized utilization of components. For instance, ByBlocks Library offers a suite of components, and your unique finished product, like a website or a presentation, is the End Product.Redistribution of items, in any form or alteration, is strictly prohibited. Please reach out to us at support@byblocks.com for any inquiries.Accounts are individually assigned. Should you require a subscription for multiple users, please contact us to arrange a suitable team size license.
License Terms
Directly copied components from ByBlocks are governed by a single-use license. This grants you, the buyer, the right to use the library continuously on a non-exclusive basis. Creating similar or competing products or distributing any components to others is not permitted.Here's what our ByBlocks license permits:
You are allowed to:
Craft End Products for clients or your own projects.
Modify or mix the Item with other creations to produce derivative works, adhering to this license.
Utilize an Item multiple times across various projects.
You are not allowed to:
Redistribute the Item in any form, including as modified versions, on any platform or via any means.
Resell or distribute downloaded assets on marketplaces, private channels, or through bots.
Provide downloaded components to third parties, especially in editable source file format within end-products for sale or free distribution.
If non-compliance is suspected, we may block your account and restrict product access without refund or detailed explanation.
Legal actions will be pursued if necessary.
This digital product must not be resold under any circumstances. This prohibition extends to any redesign and subsequent sale. Reselling or sub-licensing this licensed asset, as well as any alterations aimed at directly competing with the original licensed asset, is expressly forbidden.
We reserve the right to amend prices, terms, and licenses at any point.
Limitations
ByBlocks and its suppliers are not liable for any damage (data loss, profit loss, business interruption) incurred through the use or inability to use materials on ByBlocks' website. This limitation might not apply in some jurisdictions.
Cookies
ByBlocks uses “cookies” for enhancing site access, visitor experience, and for advertising purposes. These are not linked to any personal identifiable information.
Modifications
ByBlocks may update this Licensing Agreement without prior notice. Using our website implies your agreement to the current Licensing Agreement terms.
